SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

U.S. Orders
Orders are shipped using standard shipping. Delivery times generally take 3–7 business days after processing.

International Orders
International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order may ship once the pre-order item is available.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Jen Ash Music is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
